Xstore not working with latest Elementor Update

My client updated elementor and when going in to edit with elementor, the page won’t load. He’s deactivated all plugins and even the theme and pinpointed the issue with the Xstore theme.

Could you, please, provide us with:
1) WP Dashboard access
2) FTP access
3) Server error logs
