Xstore not responsive - by ochieng - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello, my Xstore site is not responsive, i the mobile view looks fine on desktop when i reduce the width of browser, but completely fails on mobile, im using banners with masks on a three column row

    Thanks for using our theme.
    As I can see, it works according to your settings. Do you want to set 3 banners in 1 row on mobile? Then set these settings for 3 columns – https://prnt.sc/ucej8x

    Hello yes please i would like the three banners to show on mobile, stacked responsively one on top of the other, i have the banners placed on a three column row, i just want basic responsiveness. Yes they are on a three column row.

    Kindly note that the banners are not even showing correctly

    on one of my other pages, images are not even showing on the screen on mobile

    Hello,

    Every column has Responsive settings, set them as was shown https://prnt.sc/ucej8x
    I can see images on mobile – https://prnt.sc/ucfn4u https://prnt.sc/ucfn9m Try to clear the cache of your mobile browser.

    It doesnt work i have reinstalled the demo from scratch made a new page and its still not working, image is not showing on mobile

    SO i can confirm that images are not showing using elementor as well on mobile, i have confirmed with my client as well, this issues is critical i need it solved urgently, kindly assist.

    I am afraid to continue working on the site and this issue may not be solved.

    I have given you admin access, can you kindly install the theme using my purchase number and set it up so that it works, i beleive i followed all the steps necessary for a proper installation.

    This is a clear bug in your template installation

    I have cheked the path on my cpanel file manager and the elementor css file is missing, could this be the same issue even with wpbakery ? I need a working installatoin asap, i need to use wpbakery, kindly setup a bug free installaion using wpbakery for me so i can finish this job.

    It works now after setting up SSL, i guess some of the calls required https on the address, im not sure but it works anyway.
