Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.

I want this effect
Hello,
We have prepared an example for your reference. Kindly navigate to Header Builder with Elementor, then proceed to edit the template and review the settings for the Newsletter element.

Thank you, I’ve seen it. But what I want is for the popup to automatically appear when a user visits the homepage for the first time, or when they are not logged in. How can I set this up?
Also, I’m unable to edit it. Please see the screenshot.
Dear @mcoolzh,
Thank you for reaching out.
If you are not fully satisfied with the built-in Newsletter popup functionality provided by our theme, you have the option to create a custom popup using Elementor’s Popup Builder. This allows you to design and configure the popup according to your specific requirements by applying the appropriate conditions and filters.
For detailed guidance on how to create your first popup with Elementor, please refer to their official documentation: https://elementor.com/help/how-do-i-create-my-first-popup/
Should you have any further questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

All Elementor templates will encounter errors when inserted, as shown in the screenshot below
Dear @mcoolzh,
Thank you for reaching out.
In this case, we kindly suggest creating the popup content manually, as the error appears to originate from the Elementor code. The most important step is to ensure that the available conditions in popup builder meet your specific requirements.
If you are satisfied with the outcome, please consider marking this topic as resolved.

I understand the rest, but there is one thing I don’t understand, which is how to make the user automatically pop up after entering the homepage
Hello @mcoolzh,
You can configure the conditions and triggers for your popup template by following this guide: https://prnt.sc/tDOmxEMqqbVF. For instance, if you would like the popup to appear only on the homepage, please refer to this example: https://prnt.sc/u9lAie7SO-YT. Additionally, you can adjust the trigger settings in the corresponding section of the popup configuration.
If your main inquiry has been resolved, we kindly ask you to mark this topic as closed.

When I click ‘insert’, the imported content keeps failing. What is the reason? Please refer to the picture
Dear @mcoolzh,
Thank you for reaching out.
Please note that the import of Elementor Popup templates is available only when using the official Elementor PRO plugin with an active subscription. Currently, you are using the free version of it – PRO Elements plugin, which provides access to many Elementor PRO features without requiring a purchase. However, it does not support the import of templates.
If you would like to access the full functionality of Elementor PRO, including template import, we recommend purchasing and installing the official Elementor PRO plugin from their website.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
8Theme Team
