Xstore mobile header not responsive it stays same on both mode

I even disabled all the plugins and I removed all the caches and still the same

As we can see, you are using CDN. Please temporarily disable CDN, and provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access, we will check the situation more deeply.

Thank you for your response.

The problem was caused by your value for “Starting Point Of The Mobile Header” in Theme Options > General. We’ve changed it, so please clear the cache and check the header now.
