Xstore menu dissapears and the mobile version does not load

Dear eight theme,

I am a very happy customer with the following problems (my credentials have been sent to you in a previous post).
We have installed your template on itstore.gr and when you have it full screen the menu works but if you try to open for example the second menu (networking) and try to navigate to the subcategories the menu dissapears when you move the mouse.Secondly idf you check the mobile version from a mobile phone it seems that it loads constantly without bringing the site. You only the loading logo
Please advise

Hello,

1) Please add this code in Theme Options > Custom css > Custom css for desktop:

.mega-menus-full-width .menu-wrapper .item-design-mega-menu .nav-sublist-dropdown { transition-delay: .2s; } .mega-menus-full-width .menu-wrapper .item-design-mega-menu:hover .nav-sublist-dropdown { transition-delay: 0s; }

2) I do not see the problem on mobile. Please provide screenshot and describe in details how the problem can be recreated.

If you do not see the problem then you are not using a moobile to generate the site. If you test it on a desktop but with mobile browser width then there is no problem. You have to test on a mobile. i am sending you a printscreen from my mobile

Dear @agerolimatos,

I’ve checked your site on mobile in different browsers. It loads fine without any problem.
What browser do you use? Please try to clear cache and check one more time. Have you tried to open the site on different devices?
