XStore – Marketing Theme got error

Hello, I bought the 2nd license for my 2nd website. As the first website, I did it very good with nothing wrong.
But in this website, after one-click-installation, the website only change the homepage, all other pages are using Default Red theme, not Marketing theme.

I worked with live chat supporter but she did can’t help and let me submit an topic here. Plz help!

FYI, I tried a lot of time to re-activate the theme or re-install the theme but still not to see the theme I need, Only the homepage but the header menu is wrong style.

Hello,

Looks like after Marketing theme import theme options were not imported. Please, either download XML files archive https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ , find marketing version and use options.json file to import options (Theme Options > Import/Export> Options > Import options from file and paste code from the file) or provide me admin panel access to your site and we’ll help you with the import of theme options.

Hi, I tried to use “Import from file” and only get “Setting saved”.

After that, I tried to upload the options.json to my website and “importe from URL”, it worked. Thanks god!
