I have removed the Xstore logo from the media library and of course, I have my logo updated in all the places that the Xstore logo has been.

However, someone in the USA (I am in Spain) has screen shot me my website and and the “Xstore logo” is in the place of my website logo. I logged on to the website and it appears fine. Is there somewhere else I am not seeing to ensure the default logo does not come up?

    Hello,

I can see the XStore logo also – https://prnt.sc/vjuurh
It looks like you are using CDN, you need to clear all cache.

    Regards

I had cleared all cache before. After inspecting the element I got this.

“img src=” does this equal the site logo in “header builder>logo”

alt=”” srcset= does this equal the retina logo?

I have updated it and works now. seems the 1st image is the default of xstore?

I also had a similar problem with the sticky header for mobile view and at the end i deleted the sticky header because i couldnt remove the Xstore logo. I believe i had the site logo blank and the my logo was only added in the retina display which forced the site logo to default = Xstore.

    is this correct?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

You can upload the retina logo and Sticky header logo to use them other than the main logo you uploaded. If you don’t load these logos then the main logo should appear that you uploaded via Theme Options > Header builder > Logo. If you don’t upload any logo then the default XStore logo will be displayed. If you uploaded your own logos but still get the XStore logo then provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site to check and help you.

    Regards
