Xstore Linked Variations product appears unavailable and I cannot move it

Hello,
I tried Linked Variations, the products linked fine but on the product page the variation selector appears crossed out (like it was out of stock) and at the bottom under the size attribute.

I need that when linking the products, the linked attribute appears above the attribute that acts as a variation and that it is also not crossed out as if it were not available.

I also need the bought together function to be applied to variable products to encourage sales,

Thank you for providing the examples and access.

The issue appears to be caused by incorrect product settings.
Please note that the products used for linked variations should be set as simple products, not variable ones. You will need to change the product types accordingly.

Hello,

What I need is to create each product with its size variation, so it must be a variable product, but I also want the color of the product to appear with linked variation, that is, to create the product separately by color and that each of them also have its own stock by size.

example:

T-shirt with the same design, different color (linked variation is the color)

variations:

black t-shirt
size S,M,L

blue t-shirt
size S, M

red t-shirt
size S,M,L,XL

As it is the same t-shirt design, it is linked to the same product where you can choose the color and each color has its own size variations.

Everything is disabled.

Regarding linked variations, unfortunately, it is not possible to combine linked variations with variable products. Each product used in linked variations must be a simple product.

If you would like to create the following linked variations:

Variations:

– Black T-shirt
Sizes: S, M, L

– Blue T-shirt
Sizes: S, M

– Red T-shirt
Sizes: S, M, L, XL

You will need to create the following simple products:

– Black T-shirt – S
– Black T-shirt – M
– Black T-shirt – L

– Blue T-shirt – S
– Blue T-shirt – M

– Red T-shirt – S
– Red T-shirt – M
– Red T-shirt – L
– Red T-shirt – XL

In total, you will have 9 simple products, which can then be linked together using the linked variations feature.

The solution you propose does not work for me, because I do not want a website with simple products for each size and also for each color to link them, it would be crazy to have so many simple products.

Linked product should work combining variable products, because if I have a product with the same design that only changes the color and has size variants, the product should be linked by color and thus sends you to the variable product with its respective sizes. Is it understood?

Hello.
It doesn’t help me to make standard variable products, because the idea is that the website shows the product separated by color and shows a greater variety of products, and doing it as I propose helps to improve SEO even more.

This is a paid theme and other themes offer that option without problems, Xstore is supposed to be one of the best and most complete themes, but something as simple and concrete as linked variable products does not offer it.

Can you create an improvement in that technology? A patch, a plugin improvement?

They have also not solved the problem of the waitlist being opened in another thread.
