XStore Import/export - by Marc Savall - on WordPress WooCommerce support

I have 2 websites : Dev and Test.
Each have a Child XStore Theme enabled.

I try to export all theme parameters from Test to Dev site : xstore-child-export.dat. Export is OK but when I try to import, it doesn’t work : https://prnt.sc/x1qo65

Any idea ?

Hello,

Take our apologies for the delay in answering.
It looks like something is wrong with the export file. Such error appears if the export file is broken. Could you, please, check the server error logs. Do you have any errors there?
