Xstore header slider not showing on homepage

    This is a site that i am working on and stepped away from and now it is all updated but oddly not allowing me to see the revolution slider on the home page other pages in site seem to function without issue.

    Hello nebcreative,

    An error occurred while importing the Slider Revolution templates.
    Could you please disable all cache and security plugins, and then try importing again?

    nothing is being imported at all, this was a working site and then it had not slider working

    i deactivated the w3 cache plugin and deactivated jetpack but other than really simple ssl which is not it either i cant see the slider that i created but yes i did import it from one of my other sites initially and rework it a bit but import is not the issue here is something causing the slider not to appear

    the issue is not the same, as this is only the revolution slider but will …continue in the other ticket

    Hello,

    Could you please review this once more?

    It appears that the latest version of the Revolution Slider is conflicting with the WPBakery Builder plugin.

    We have switched the engine to SR6, and the slider is now loading correctly.

    Yes i see that, i am also actually seeing the load issue for just the slider in the header on another install currently, what should i do to correct that or will there be a patch or something…

    Could you please provide us with a video demonstrating the issue for better understanding, and also include the URLs of the pages where this issue still occurs for you? We have checked the slider on your homepage and found no issues, as it appears to be loading correctly.

    How to i switch any other installs with the issue to the “sr6 engine” which i assume is the revslider engine’, oops i found out how to do it
