Xstore demo template not working properly

so, after importing the template my website became a total mess. noting like the demo no banners, no images , no products nothing total mess. tried a lot of things nothing seems to work support taking so long to respond.

1/ Before proceeding with the import, please ensure that all third-party plugins are disabled. If this does not resolve the issue, we would be happy to assist you with the import process.
Currently, we have noticed that 25 plugins are active on your website. We kindly ask you to deactivate all plugins and, during the import process, activate only those that are absolutely necessary.

o man thank you so much i delete like 17 plugins and now its working , god i have been trying for hours thanks man
one more question – the website is kinda slow even the wordpress dashboard is slow af any solutions bud?
