1)I don’t like this string text in checkout that says “shipping options will be updated during checkout” when I’m using flat rate box (as that is the only shipping I’m using)
-But when I disable shipping & shipping calculations
-Then I’m not able to allow Ship to a different address box…?

-2)why are shopping cart in store sidebar showing 2 View Shopping Cart’s and 2 Checkout custom links??

3)How can I move the box/section Ship to different address? option up by Billing Details on check out page

Hello,

1, 3) This relates to WooCommerce, so contact the support of WC to get assistance.
2) Just edit the menu depends on your needs, you can do this via Appearance > Menus.

Typically im happy with you support, this time I’m not as this does not help my case at all. I tried looking this up many times online and cant find a solution. That is why I came on here for “Support”

Please keep in mind that our support only covers getting setup, theme features, and bug fixes. As such, you will need to investigate this particular issue on your own or seek help from a developer should you not feel comfortable making these changes yourself.
