Hi, I have purchased support. Every time I try to update the theme and core, my website fails to load properly and I have reinstall from a backup.

Also, I need to increase the body and all headers sizes and when I tried to do this through the Additional CSS area, it did not work.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Have you followed the video tutorial https://youtu.be/xMEoi3rKoHk and updated theme first and then core plugin? You can also disable core plugin before theme update to avoid versions conflict.

Yes, that helped thank you. My theme and core are updated now.

I still need assistance to increase the font size to the body and headers. I have tried changing it in the “Typography” section of Xstore Customizer as well as tried to input it in the Additional CSS section. And nothing is changing.

    Hello,

To change the body font-size go Theme Options > Typography > Content > change the body size and the paragraph size if you need it. Which one of the header elements do you need to increase the size for http://prntscr.com/rwmxcb ?

    Regards

Hello, I have tried doing the option that you suggested and it did not change the body size.
I also need to change the headings, not the header size.

    Hello,

Our theme does not have the option to change the size for every heading.
You can do this by custom CSS. Maybe you’ll provide screenshots of the elements you want to change the font-size and I’ll provide you the necessary Custom CSS?

    Regards

I think it’s okay for now actually. It was the body size that was the most important. Thank you!

I do have another issue with a different licensed Xstore website. I did the update just as the Youtube video described and it still crashed the site.

The other pages seem to work and look fine, it’s the home page that gets a fatal error.
Please help! It’s in maintenance mode right now.

    Hello,

It’s because of the completely out of date version of the WPBakery plugin http://prntscr.com/s12hmw
Keep not just theme but also bundled plugins up to date.
