XStore Core Plugin Update Issue. - by Olga777

Hi there,

After updating the plugin on test environment the notification in Plugins section of WP Admin Area is still displayed “There is a new version of XStore Core available. or update now.” When click on “View Details” the message “Plugin Not Found” is displayed.
How can we fix it on test environment and eventually on the production?

Could you, please, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access?

Hi Rose,

Thank you for the reply.
I’m providing the credentials for both in the private content.

Please note, this is a test site, we need to know the resolution (not just to have the fix done), as we have to implement it on production site (prior to doing the update on the live site).

Hello,

The problem was fixed from our side.
Go to Plugins > click on update Core plugin and the notice should disappear.
