XStore Core Plugin installation error - by Rabbani

    Dear Team,
    The following error is coming – not able to load any demo themes.
    In my prior instalation i did not face any such issue – for some reason i reinstalled my wordpress and this is being prompted ever since.

    The following required plugin is currently inactive: XStore Core

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us.
    Please provide URL, temporary wp-admin, and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
    Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

    No, unfortunately.
    Please provide temporary access, one of our technicians will check the problem more deeply and helps, and then you will be able to delete/change the provided credentials.
