Xstore Core plugin doesn't display in "Updates" area but does in 'Plugins' area

Dear support
We can see ‘Xstore Core’ plugin has an update ready to be applied in the ‘Plugins’ area:

However, this update is not visible in ‘Updates’ area

We need this update be visible in ‘Updates’ area since we update from ManageWP service. I asked to ManageWP support and they replied me I should ask to you since they take information from ‘Updates’ area.

Could you tell me if you’ll fix this issue in any moment?

Seems we have bug with this option. We’ll try to fix it in next plugin update.

We see a similiar problem with issue.
We update from ManageWP service in order to give to our client a montly report. The problem we have is these updates ready to apply are not visible in ManageWP but they are in WP admin area. We reached out to ManageWP service and they replied me:

I have noticed that you already experienced the similar issues with the Xstore theme (with Xstore Core plugin, to be more precise).

Since this is a premium theme, it might be that for this theme the remote update is not allowed. Could you please contact Xstore theme support and ask them if the remote update is allowed on this theme?

Hello,

This issue was fixed in version 4.12 of our theme and 1.0.18 of XStore Core plugin. Once we release the new version of XStore Core plugin you’ll see the notice at the Dashboard > Updates http://prntscr.com/h9w9gr
