Xstore Core plugin activation causing error

    Hi,

    i have just bought xstore theme. after importing the demo data. when the xstore core plugin activates. it causes error

    This page isn’t working
    4k-performance.pk is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500

    when i deactivate this plugin. the page loads.

    can you please check and fix the issue. thanks

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    yes, when i deactivate the xstore core plugin it works. when activates it does not. please check from your end. activate the xstore core plugin and it will not work. please resovle the issue urgently. without xstore core plugin i cannot setup the website and it does not work.

    I have disabled the wordpress maintinance mode. please check now for error. i have sent the screenshots in previous message and detail of error. please check . it is due to your plugin xstore core plugin. please check urgently. thank you!

    We would like to inform you that we have successfully activated the XStore Core plugin along with Elementor on your website. Following this, we enabled the debug mode and encountered an error (please refer to Screenshot in the private area). This issue appears to be related to your server configuration.

    To address this, we increased the memory limit by adding the following line to your wp-config.php file:

    However, we noticed that the header and footer are currently not displayed on your pages. To resolve this, you will need to assign display conditions to your header and footer templates. Please refer to the following screenshots for guidance:

    You may select an existing header from the list and set it to display across your entire website, or you can create a new one. Additionally, we recommend exploring the XStore Studio feature, which allows you to import pre-designed header and footer layouts, as well as other template areas.     It also appears that there were some issues during the demo content import, likely due to incorrect server configuration.     thanks it worked, but header is not loading properly after i imported the demo data. please checka and fix. screenshot attached and you have all wp-admin acceess as well.
