    Hello there,

    We are trying to create/edit the email templates that the customers receive for their subscriptions’ status (e.g. subscription renewal, cancelled subscription, etc).

    Even though we have successfully edited the email templates for things such as New Order, Cancelled Order, Failed Order, etc., we are unable to even set a new template for the subscription-related email, which we can then edit.

    How can we solve this issue?

    What subscription plugin do you use? Does your subscription plugin have the email templates for WooCommerce?

    We are using the WooCommerce Subscriptions. The people from the plugin told us that we would need to use another plugin to add this function, as the WooCommerce Subscriptions uses the email templates from WooCommerce.

    I assume that WC does not include email templates for subscriptions.

    Is there another way to go about this?

    Hello,

    If the plugin support told you that they don’t have any special emails for the subscriptions then we can do nothing with this. I suppose they use default WooCommerce templates and just add the information about subscriptions there. Did you compare emails that you get for the subscription order with Email builder and without? Do you have any missing information in emails built using builder? Provide screenshots of missing information.
