XStore Builder doesn’t work with Elementor

The XStore Builder doesn’t work with Elementor and it can edit the header or the footer after Elementor plugins deactivated

Hello, @Pusat Pneumatic,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

1/ Please check to activate the XStore parent theme under (Appearance > Themes) on your site.

2/ Please record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand and help you.

We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

Okay, so what I get is the Elementor will override the XStore Header and Footer?

We would like to inform you that the header builder and footer customization options available through the customizer are not compatible when using Elementor. It is important to note that you can only utilize one method to edit the header and footer at any given time.
