XStore Builder do not open builder pages from menu

Hi

Can you please see in our wp-admin menu.

The XStore Builder menu does not open the right pages of the builders of footer, single product etc. It opens a page which says “No Templates found. Want to create one?…”

It should rather open a footer builder page right?

This page – https://obxgourmet.com/wp-admin/customize.php?autofocus%5Bpanel%5D=footer-builder

(it goes to this page instead – https://obxgourmet.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=elementor-app&ver=3.19.2#/site-editor/templates/product) and this page has nothing there!

How do we reach to that footer-builder page?

These links are correct https://prnt.sc/shvsY6IMXGN3 , we define them exactly as they are.

The footer on your site was created using Static Block https://prnt.sc/kvHv6ochV4Ib , not using the new builder, so please go to Static Blocks > edit the Footer https://prnt.sc/fgVcG0NtPF3k

Hi

Footer block is to add or edit items in footer but not to change settings of footer.

So footer block is not in question here.

Please login to our wp-admin and click on that link of XStore Builder > Footer.

Please tell me how to go to this link from wp-admin menu?

I think you still did not understand the matter.

My question is (see the screenshot) – how do i reach to that page (of existing footer builder / single product builder) from the wp-admin menu?

Record a video and show me that please.
