    Hello

    i have an issue with activating theme im getting an error as API request call error. Contact your server providers and ask to update OpenSSL system library to the 1.0 version.

    i checked with server provider they have 1.0.1e which cant be changed. and the server provider is inmotionhosting.

    i couldn’t activate the them with purchase code. its really annoying to activate theme and continue my work . i expect some proper support for the xstore theme..please

    I have used purchase code that you used for the creation account on our site and did not face any issues. Theme was activated successfully.

    After importing the demo of engineer.im seeing 500 internal server.please help me to resolve..

    I do not see any internal error.

    Both backend : http://prntscr.com/fxx9q2 and front end : http://prntscr.com/fxx9wk work fine.

    what is the issue?
