Please help. Rev slider import data was not included when purchasing woopress through themeforest.

Furthermore, XML sample import data is incomplete, when compared to your demo. as a result, my menu and site overall appears nothing like the demo. Ultra frustrated!

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Slider can’t be imported because ZipArchive extension is not enabled. Please contact your host and ask them to enable it. After that reply back to us.
Demo data is installed correctly. Menu isn’t included, you have to set up your own menu:
    https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/primary_menu

    Thank you.

I think you’re missing the issue. This isn’t a matter of having to set up my own menu, it’s a matter of the sample data xml file not including all of the pages that are visible within the demo. The menu found here includes pages that were not imported to my theme https://www.8theme.com/demo/woopress/.

Further, on the topic of ZipArchive library being enabled, or not. I’m calling GoDaddy now to inquire. In the meantime, please help address my issue with the pages/menu not appearing as it appears in your demo.

    Hello,

Sorry, but slider still can’t be imported because of the error:
    http://storage4.static.itmages.com/i/15/0515/h_1431707697_1324989_059fcb5397.png
Please check if ZipArchive is enabled.

Some pages are created only for demo site to provide additional information about theme.
Please clarify what pages you want to import.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I just got off the phone with GoDaddy support, they assured me ziparchive is enabled. try again, please?

On the topic of the pages created for demo purposes. I find that very misleading. I incurred theme set up costs at themeforest to make my site look identical to the demo. I purchased your theme based on the demo. You have access to my site, login — view for your self. The menu/top level pages look nothing like the demo. Please upload sample pages EXACTLY like your demo. https://www.8theme.com/demo/woopress/

    Hello,

I’ve just tried twice to import the slider archive and got the same error:
Error: Wrong export slider file format! This could be caused because the ZipArchive extension is not enabled.

I’ve sent the archive to your email address. You can try to import it in wp-admin panel > Revolution Slider > “Import Slider” button.

Please specify what pages exactly you want to import.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I want my main menu pages to be identical to the ones found here https://www.8theme.com/demo/woopress/

Did you change something to my home page? Now the rev slider is gone, completely.

    Hello,

    I didn’t make any changes.
Menu pages like “Demos”, “Shortcodes”, “More” were created only for demo site.
Other pages like “Portfolio”, “Blog”, “FAQ”, “Home”, “Shop” are imported in Pages section of wp-admin panel. To add them to menu go to Appearance > Menus.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I imported, successfully, the revolution sliders (home.zip file). The slides appear within the rev slider tab in my WP dashboard, but my home page doesnt display the rev slider. Again, help?

Nevermind, I was able to do this on my own. How do I remove the FULLWIDTH page title that appears on my home page, above the rev slider?

    Hello,

Go to Pages > Edit your home page and disable Page Heading in “Page Layout” box on the right side.

    Thank you.
