XForWooCommerce Product Filter Plugin Support!!

    Hello – I have bought and installed the XForWoocommerce Products Filter plugin https://help.xforwoocommerce.com/category/product-filter/

    However, the AJAX functionality of the plugin does not work with the XStore template out of the box. The developer from their support requested to provide him with some information. Below you can find his response and his request a. In summary, he is requesting some of the shop’s page basic HTML elements so the plugin’s jQuery selectors would work.

    Could you please take a look and let me know if it’s possible to provide him with the details?

    Use the following selectors http://prntscr.com/utk47h Ask plugin author where these selectors could be added instead of the default to make the plugin work.

    Hello – thank you very much for your help, that solved part of the issue.

    Additionally, I would like to know the below:

    1. Is there a custom function that is being used for pagination and not the woocommerce default one? If so, could you please let me know of the function? I need to set this as well.
    2. Do you know if anyone else was able to make this plugin work with the xStore theme? Do you suggest any other plugin to have ajax product filters?

    Hello,

    1) We use the default WooCommerce function.
    2) I don’t remember which third-party plugins customers used for the Ajax filtering, truly saying. You may try one of the free plugins https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-ajax-filters/ or https://wordpress.org/plugins/yith-woocommerce-ajax-navigation/ but I suppose you need to use correct selectors in the settings of the plugin in any case.
