Hi there,
I can’t update Xstore properly. It shows the following error message:

An error occurred while updating XStore Core: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions. app/models/customizer/addons/kirki-box-shadow

Any help or suggestion to fix it?

WooCommerce version: 4.8.0

Hello,

If you have any permissions issues during auto-update it would be better to contact the hosting provider to fix it because it’s related to your server settings.
Or do the update via FTP – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
