WYSIWYG category editor - by fourth-element

Hi

The Category WYSIWYG editor is not working correctly. I can add text but it is always shown as a generically set paragraph. When I try to add a <h1> or any other heading it just shows as html displayed as a paragraph ie. <h1>title</h1> and this is how it is shown on the front end.

I would like to be able to use headings within this category text area could you advise.

Please provide wp-admin access in Private Content and describe how can I recreate the problem.
