  Hi everybody, I’m facing an issue regarding the base shop page; in detail, regardless on how many products I choose to be displayed in a single row, the row splits itself into 2 smaller rows. I know it’s hard to describe better the problem, but this is what happens, in fact.

  This “error” occurs after a couple of rows correctly displayed. In private content you’ll see the URL: just scroll the page and you’ll see what I’m talking about.

  Can you kindly help me solve this issue asap, please?

  Hello,

  Please update the theme to the latest 1.7 version as well as all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
  If the issue still persists after that please provide us with FTP credential.

  Thanks for answering Eva. I already did it on a demo server and the problem didn’t disappear. I’ll do it again and I’ll let you know.

  After updating the theme, the shop page is correctly viewed but other issues popped up. Feel free to close this topic, I’ll try to solve them by myself.
