    Hello,

I have some issues in the display of products. I will include an example link in private. There i see for example 22 products instead of the 24 that are set in theme options, and that are displayed in product count on top of the page.
Checking the generated html, the products are apparently not retrieved from the database. So it is not a CSS problem. Is this a known issue?
If you navigate further you will see pages with correct product number per page display, and some other wrong. I have no clue about what it depends on.

    Thank You.

If you need access i will provide it.

    Hello,

Please notify me with every change (should you make any) that you apply to the website, because i will have to replicate everything on the actual installation to resolve the issue.
I prefer not to give access to that as the client is uploading material continuously.

Thank You very much for the help!

    Hello,

We can’t access the site getting the error:
    500 – Internal Server Error
This is a temporary server error.
Please try to reload the webpage later.

    Please check it.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

Please try again. This happens from time to time but this is just a test install so we are not worried. Things on the actual server are running fine.
But we have the same problem of product display on both installations so we gave you access to the test install to avoid asking the client to stop working on product insertion.
I hope i explained myself. Anyway, please try again it should be working now. If not please contact me again and i’ll check with the hosting provider.

    Thanks

Hello again, i figured out that the “problem” is due to the fact that the missing products are unavailable because they are out of stock. We have enabled stock for our store and we had the woocommerce option “Hide out of stock products from catalog” on. Which caused the disappearence of said items from the front end.
It would be nice to fix this so that we don’t have holes in the product display. But i’m not sure wether this is a theme or woocommerce core problem.

    Thank You anyway.

It is not solved, it is just avoided. By removing the hiding option, i now see things correctly, but with of course the presence of out of stock products (which are correctly pointed out with the out of stock banner). But if i re apply the hiding option the problem of course returns.
So if you work on that it would be great!

    Thank You again.

    Hello,

Sorry, but it’s a bit unclear.
Do you want to have the option “Hide out of stock products from catalog” enabled and show “Out of stock” products at the same time?
Could you please clarify what you want to achieve?

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
