    Hello,

I noticed that when importing a feed of products into my store through the woocommerce import feature some images do not get imported correctly.

The images are from a distributor’s site, and the links work well, however for a couple of products they get imported with the images that were first imported with the xstore custom template. In this case some of the products show up as pictures of fruit.

You can search for the product with the sku 00006169.

When a product import image fails is there a way to set it automatically to the default woocommerce image placeholder?

    Thank you in advance

    Hello,

Every image that you import had it’s own id. So, if you import products from the third-party site to the new site it imports images but if the id of the image is already in use (by the demo content image) it imports image from that site with another id. But product loadings image by id and loads that old demo image and that’s why you see the wrong image. In your case, I would recommend you to delete the demo images from your site. We don’t have any options to affect the WooCommerce default import process.

    Regards
