WPPage builder not showing on backend page editor

I have been using XStore Theme and facing problems when I am trying to create / customize the page layout. It does not shows WPBakery Page Builder. But if I transfer my website on localhost it shows !!!

Edit with WPBakery page builder is showing on frontend, but when I click to edit that also does not work.

Also the screen option button of wordpress does not work on pages while this is wroking on post/product pages.

Also I am trying to attach screenshot. But there is no direct option to attach images in this editor. how can I share my screenshot ??

Please make sure all your plugins are updated – http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
You can use such screenshot maker as Lightshot and provide links of screenshots in Private Content.
What PHP version do you use?

1. Looks like the problem relates to Massive Addons plugin. Please read this reply from author of Massive Addons plugin https://codecanyon.net/item/massive-addons-for-visual-composer/14429839/comments?page=36&filter=all#comment_14143143 https://prnt.sc/hmu4qh and follow their suggestion.
2. I’ve checked the screen options button with a default theme and got the same problem. This means that the issue doesn’t relate to our theme. You can contact the wordpress support.
