    hi

    I have purchased WPML plugin.

it comes with a bunch of plugin components. they were all uploaded and installed successfully BUT for 1 which is essential for using WPML. wpml-string-translation.2.3.6.1. I upload it but activating it causes the site to crash and i get a server 500 error.

I spoke with my hosting. they asked for my error log and after seeing it said its a problem with the theme and WPML.

    please help

    Hello,

Please provide us with FTP credentials and give full access to wp-admin panel, not only to My Account page.

    Thank you.
    Regards,

    Hello,

I don’t see WPML String Translation plugin among installed plugins. Could you please upload it?

    Thank you.

    credentials up in string

you will see the string transalation plugin is uploaded already but not activated. If you activate it the site will crash and you will need to restore the last back point.

    Hello,

The problem was you didn’t set up WPML plugin. There wasn’t default language set. So I’ve configured it in WPML settings (you can change the settings to your own and select languages) and String Translation plugin is working now.
    Please check.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
