    and here:

    1. Menus are not snyced (if i go to the english site and click on the main menu – any item) it redirects me to that page but to my primary language.

    Hello, TheOne,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record video demonstrations of issues and the steps leading to them. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
Upload videos on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with the URL.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best regards,

    Hello, TheOne,

Thank you for providing us with access. We kindly ask you to disable the CDN as well, as we are unable to see the changes we are making.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello, TheOne,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have implemented certain changes and kindly ask you to review them. Please let us know if the updated menu behavior now meets your expectations. If everything is satisfactory, we will include this fix in our next update.

The changes were made in the following files:

    - wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/app/controllers/elementor/theme-builder/header/mega-menu.php
    - wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/app/controllers/elementor/theme-builder/header/departments-menu.php

We look forward to your feedback.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team

    Hello,

It doesnt work. Neither the menus (it still redirects to slovenian version) when i click on any menu item. Product categories (dropdown) also doesnt redirect right.

Also add to cart button is still missing on product pages in english version.

So – it’s still the same.

    Hello, TheOne,

We have noticed an issue where some categories are correctly linked, while others are not. It appears that not all categories have been fully translated. For example, the category “Long-term debilitation” in English redirects to the page “Dolgotrajna oslabelost” in Slovenian. However, the category “Dolgotrajna oslabelost” is translated as “Prolonged weakness” in English.

This discrepancy seems to occur because the category names were renamed in the Elementor editor. Kindly ensure that all category names are consistent across translations. Please refer to the attached files for further details.

After we corrected this inconsistency, the links started working properly. However, similar mismatches still exist in the following categories:
    – “Support for the nervous system”
    – “Strengthening resilience”

We kindly request you to resolve this issue by either updating the titles in the Elementor editor or adjusting the category translations accordingly.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team
