    Hello,
    First of all, thank you very much for your prompt response.

    1/ We activate a default WordPress theme, but the problem has not been resolved- Cache? WpBackery problem??

    2/ we did but we remain of the opinion that it is not easy to change some settings in this way.

    3/.We have done Breadcrumbs. the problem we had to do several times before the colors changed. Löschen cache problem?? We are forced to log out of WordPress and log back in to make changes
    B/ We desire to modify the color or style of the footer menu or the Copyright © 2023 N.A.R. Furniture, even if we have followed your instructions it does not work. Only the writing Nonsoloevent takes the colors assigned by us.

    4/ I’ll send you the login details so you can check. please let me know when you finish the checks.

    Dear Tony,

    I appreciate your support and prompt response. Over the past few months, we have made intensive efforts to utilize the template you provided for our project. Unfortunately, we have encountered some challenges that have not been resolved so far.

    In particular, we have faced difficulties in adjusting the theme through the usual “Theme” option. Instead, we have been forced to resort to CSS frequently to make the desired customizations.

    Issues 1, 4, and B remain unresolved, and satisfactory solutions have not been found yet. We continue to engage deeply with the problem, hoping to find a resolution.

    Since we had to acquire an additional template for another project due to previous issues, and the current challenges persist, we are seriously considering requesting a refund. We understand that this may also be an uncomfortable situation for you, but after months of trying and dissatisfaction, we see this as a potential solution.

    Hello,

    thank you for your response.

    I have already sent all the information to you several times.

    Today, we were informed that our issues are not specifically related to the XStore theme, and we are advised to contact WordPress support instead. It was recommended to test a different template. We have purchased a new template, tested it, and are pleased to inform you that the site is functioning perfectly. If all goes well in a few days the page will be finished and we have no intention of reinstalling your Template again.

    We appreciate your support and quick response. However, over the course of several months, we have attempted to use your template for various projects and have consistently encountered difficulties.

    I hope you understand that we need to move forward and complete the projects. We can achieve this in a few days, but in this case, it is taking a very long time with a significant effort involved in emails, photos, Translation on englisch and…

    For this reason, I kindly request you to process a refund.

    Thanks for your Answer.
    we used another template and 90% finished our project in one day( Night). I had given the access passwords but Your colleague wrote that in his opinion all the problems were not related to your Template Xstore. We didn’t have time to contact the WordPress support team.You Know this support take a long time for a Answer. In our opinion The problem was Store theme. The proof is that everything works now. Unfortunately, as I said, we tried to use your template with two projects and always had problems. In the backend area it was not possible to modify the page or row. Theme option Style was not possible to change a lot of setting and… please just Read my Topics. I hope you will find a solution for the refund. I am sorry about this situation, and I thank you in advance.
