Hello, I have a problem with my website. Today, I did Restore my Xstore theme backup on the new Domain and everything went good until my WPBakery can’t be open and it’s stuck on WPBakery Preloader, is there any solutions for this problem? thank you

What version of WPBakery do you use? Are you trying to use backend or frontend editor?

Provide us with Dashboard and FTP access to your site and also with the name of page that you are trying to edit. We’ll check why you get that problem.

Keep in mind that you may also use the backend page editor http://prntscr.com/o3hi38 if you face any problems with frontend editing or if any element does not support frontend editing.

Hello Rose,

I got the same problem again, I can’t access the WPBakery editor, on the Frontend and Backend, is there any fixed solutions for this?

Is there any possibility the Problem coming from my SSL Certificate that already Expired? or might be the Website that installed on the Network Admin?
