WPbakery Page builder not active - by qnifworld

Hello,

My website : qnifworld.com

I bought Royal Theme and I’ve got a problem to use WPBakery Page Builder when want to Add template.

I tried to activate it, but I was sent to a page of http://support.wpbakery.com website , and then I was told that there is “No License found”, as below :

So how to active and use WPbakery Page Builder

Hello,

You can activate Visual Composer only in case you bought individual plugin license. If you use plugin as part of our theme you don’t need activation. Read more here – https://www.8theme.com/faq/ (INCLUDED PLUGINS).
What exactly problem do you get? Please provide screenshot to help me understand more.
Could you please provide wp-admin access in Private Content?
