WPBakery menu list Not all editing options appear

In the existing menus of the template, all modification options appear on the Static Blocks through the menu list, but when creating a new menu, the options are limited.

I did that, but the problem still exists. There are few editing options. See the picture.

Options appear in the existing menus with the appearance only when adding a new one, it does not appear
