Topic: WPBakery editor back end and front end not working — only classic editor

Both the backend and the frontend editors are enabled in settings, pages are allowed in the roles settings as well. I have no idea why this is happening. Please help!

Hello,

Issue was related to roles of your user https://prnt.sc/15i4nbm WPBakery editor is not allowed for the subscribers. I changed the role to admin and it works ok.
