I need support with WPBakery plugin, here’s their message:
“Hello, As you got the plugin within a theme, you will need to contact your theme author for support or use our support at support.wpbakery.com (You will require a direct license of WPBakery Page Builder for support access).”
Could you please give me this direct license?

The plugin activation option was added in the plugin for the customers to get automatic updates and support directly from plugin developers. Only in case, you need these features you will need to purchase and register the plugin.
We can’t provide you with the direct license. This is not only our practice but all the theme authors from ThemeForest.

Because the plugin comes bundled with the theme, to get support directly from developers of WPBakery Page Builder, you need to purchase and register the plugin.

One standard license is valid only for 1 project. Running multiple projects on a single license is a copyright violation.
