Hello,

I do not see this problem on a test site. Please provide URL and temporary wp-admin access.

Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with the theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check how it works then

Update XStore theme and XStore core plugin to the latest version. If it does not help then provide us with temporary WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site.
