Hi I am using the Corporate Theme from XStore. I noticed that WP Bakery was not appearing on the product pages, this was really starting to annoy me. I did some quick research and determined when your wizard installed it it left the roles for pages only, I quickly updated it for products and pages so I can make some fantastic looking product pages.
When I try to edit a page or product using WP Bakery the page times out, and I get logged off my Admin account. I am using the newest version of WP and Woocommerce that comes whit your theme. I am very frustrated by this! and if this cannot be resolved I want a refund.
I already uninstalled and reinstalled the plugins and I’m experiencing the same issues.
