    Dear Team,

Greetings! Even though I have applied almost all the possible settings from WP-Rocket for better optimization, I still cannot achieve the desired results with both Mobile and Desktop Performance.

I have attached file here with the Google PageSpeed Insights results. Kindly look in to it and assist me with what we are lacking and how do I follow settings further to make the things become perfect.

Mobile Core Webvitals passed still the performance score is just 63, Desktop core web vitals also failed and the performance score is 73.

Kindly do the needful to achieve better settings!

    Hi Yasar,

Thank you for reaching out to us and for sharing the details along with the PageSpeed Insights report.

We truly appreciate your efforts in optimizing your website using WP-Rocket. While WP-Rocket is indeed a powerful tool, please note that achieving high performance scores on both mobile and desktop devices depends on a variety of factors.

We would like to kindly remind you that, due to Envato’s license policy, in-depth speed optimization is beyond the scope of our support. However, we are more than happy to provide you with some helpful advice to guide you in the right direction.

    Here are a few suggestions:

    1. Start by testing pages with minimal content, such as your contact page: https://creamone.com/contact-us/. You can view the PageSpeed Insights report here: https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-creamone-com-contact-us/yw9c6r62pg?form_factor=mobile. As shown in the report, there are some embedded scripts from Facebook (likely related to the Facebook Pixel) that may be affecting performance. Please see the attached screenshot for reference.

    2. Some of your subpages already show better performance results. This indicates that further optimization—especially of images—can significantly improve your scores. We recommend using an image optimization plugin, which is included in our plugin setup package.

    3. Consider using a Content Delivery Network (CDN). A CDN can help reduce load times by serving your content from servers closer to your visitors.

    4. Keep in mind that Google PageSpeed servers are located in the USA. As a result, websites hosted in or closer to the USA may naturally receive better performance scores due to lower latency.

    5. Review your installed plugins and disable any that are not essential. Each plugin can add its own scripts and styles, which may impact your site’s performance.

We recommend implementing these steps gradually and testing your site’s performance every 24 hours. Please remember to create a full backup before making any changes.

For your reference, we have applied all of these optimizations and more on our demo site, which currently achieves scores of 98+ on mobile and 100+ on desktop — among the best in the market. You can view the report here: https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-woocommerce-1476984-5641372-cloudwaysapps-com/dzka87l4hv?form_factor=mobile

We are here to support you and help you achieve the best possible performance for your website. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Dear Team,

Thanks for detailed reply about the optimization process. Regarding Image Optimization and CDN, we are already using the paid services such as Imagify and Cloudflare CDN.

I agree with the point.no:1, as we disabled a Facebook pixel option from a plugin and after that found some improvements.

But, Still sometime showing good results and sometime showing worst results, mainly with Speed Index and TBT issues.

Moreover, on the mobile view, I see the designs are broken sometime and sometime it looks ok, For example, Mobile Panel is not showing, Under All Categories section, the slides are not working and top header unwontedly showing in mobile view as well Search column not displaying properly.

Attached an image for your reference. I am not sure why the design breaking will happen.

    Please check and advise!

    Hello @Yasar,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Based on the screenshots you provided, we observed that the Mobile Optimization option was enabled in your theme settings. After further review, we have temporarily disabled this feature, as it may cause conflicts with caching plugins – such as the ones currently active on your website. Please refer to the following screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/uXRtPPnouWVI.

We kindly recommend that you clear the cache in WP Rocket, as well as in your CDN (if applicable), and then review the website’s performance.

Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Dear Jack,

Hope you are doing well. You are right , that might be the reason and as you have already disabled the option, I have clear and preload cache as well CDN caches, I see now the design is looks all ok except the All Categories section slide, the slide still not working proper , as it does not move to next categories when scrolled. Kindly do check and let me know, how we can sort this out.
