Hello,

1) Provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site. We can’t check the problem related to backend checking frontend only.

2) We are not responsible for WordPress because we are theme developers. You may try to update WP manually via FTP if the auto-update does not work for you. Or contact WP support on the WP support forum.

Hello,

What changes did you make before faced the issue? Problem caused by js error http://prntscr.com/rungzn and it looks that you made some changes in shortcodes that break content. If we try to edit the new page there are no issues with WPBakery editor http://prntscr.com/runjdu

By the way, take into account that we added compatibility with the Elementor page builder and a number of XStore elements for the Elementor.

Hello,

We have restored the editable revision from April 7, 2020 @ 08:02:07. After that, you made changes in the page core that broke the page. Be careful and don’t edit the page code without the backend/frontend editor.

All the revisions after 8.02 contain the broken code.
