    We can’t open your site – https://prnt.sc/qtV4meZudNaC Please check.

    Also, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so our dev team can check the situation with patcher.php more deeply on your site. We do not have this problem on our test site.

    Please download patcher.php file by a link from the Private Content area, and re-upload it via FTP into xstore/framework/ folder.
