WP bakery is asking for activation,
otherwise I won’t have access to its “themes library” and else more

Hello there,

My WP Bakery plugin also wants activation but in your documentation I read that:

“Registering these plugins registration is not necessary. They will function perfectly without any need for activation.”

So … what should I do now exactly because I really can’t understand.

Please ignore the message about the plugin activation.
All the premium plugins included in our theme are external and we have the right to build them into our theme as we purchase the Extended License for each of these plugins. The plugins run perfectly and are fully functional. There is no doubt that you can get the current plugin version directly from us. For that go to https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ page and you’ll get access to all necessary archives. These plugins registration is not obligatory! The plugins are functioning perfect without any activation. The plugin activation option was added in the plugin for the customers to get automatic updates and support directly from plugin developers. Only in case you need this features you will need to purchase and register the plugin. This is not only our practice but all the theme authors from ThemeForest.

Thanks for the fast reply. I need to inform you that the plugin is not available and is not working at that time so some actions are needed I think. Will you fix the issue directly or I need to do something to fix it?

On our Downloads page the plugin available by name Visual Composer.
Please describe your problem in more details, and provide us with site URL and temporary wp-admin access so we can take a closer look.

Hello again Rose,

I am sending you a screenshot URL (in the Private content) on which you can see that the WP Bakery Frontend/Backend editing is not available. The builder is providing only shortcodes at the moment. I think the problem is global because I see some other users wrote about the issue.

I am giving you temporary access in the private content box.

I’ve disabled Еконт Експрес – WooCommerce plugin > http://prntscr.com/jwbkhv Looks like the plugin has a compatibility issue with WP Bakery.

Dear Rose,

Thank you for the support. The plugin you’ve disabled is the shipping plugin, which trial period expired and а message started popping-up. Can this pop-up be the reason for the issue, because we’ll have to pay for the shipping plugin and if the builder won’t work with it … it’s a problem. There wasn’t an issue before the trial period expired so I hope it will be fine after payment.

Unfortunately, I can’t give you a solid response. We can not provide support for 3-rd party plugins as it’s out of our support scope, so I would recommend you to contact the plugin author and ask to explore the situation with WP Bakery.
