Hello, I have been experiencing a lot of glitches ever since I’ve upgraded WordPress 4.3 and some of my plugins. I was unable to modify products (wasn’t able to click on menu tabs to modify variable product info for example, nor was I able to successfully upload any pictures (grey screen that wouldn’t go away)) until I started looking one by one which plugins were causing difficulty.

When I deactivate WPBakery Visual Composer (version 4.6.2) I have access to the product and its menus in order to change the info and upload pictures.

I have also realized that my “feature image” selection on the bottom right has completely disappeared and I am unable to modify the featured images that have already been uploaded.

    I have woocommerce 2.4.6 + woocommerce multilingual 3.6.9

    Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version 2.4.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

You need download the theme from ThemeForest site http://themeforest.net/item/woopress-responsive-ecommerce-wordpress-theme/9751050 .
The actual version is 2.4. You need update only parent theme, not the child one.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Hello, I’ve updated everything and it still doesn’t work. I deactivated my plugins to check 1 by 1 again to see which one is the culprit and in middle of doing this, my page went blank and I am no longer able to login to my wordpress. Its is just a blank page….

    Hello,

The same issue persists with default WordPress theme – Twenty Fifteen. Check it yourself. You may ask the authors http://codecanyon.net/item/visual-composer-page-builder-for-wordpress/242431/comments regarding this problem.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
