WP Bakery Page Builder is not saving changes!!

I have just updated to version 6.3 of the WP Bakery Builder as well as the the latest versions of XStore Core and the XStore theme, and the builder is STILL not saving changes!! Can you advise?

Hello,

Make sure that Massive Addons plugin is updated to version 2.4.7 because as a rule out of date version of this plugin gives the error with WP 5.5 https://www.8theme.com/downloads
If the update of MA plugin does not help then provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site.

We are having same issue, please could you help us. We confirmed Massive Addons plugin is 2.4.7. What else can we do?

Please submit a new topic via this page https://www.8theme.com/forums/xstore-wordpress-support-forum/ , describe your problem in more details and provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it. Once all questions will be solved, just delete this account.
