You can get the problem if such happens and you replace/ remove the wrong file, so it would be better for you to wait for the next update then. It will be available within 1-2 weeks I suppose.

Yes, cache is clear.
After install the update the gridbuilder don’t work.
Because the site is live i can’t give you the ftp and login.

Maybe we are talking about different problems because you mixed a few on them in this one topic, that’s why we ask to create separate topics for the different problems.
Create a staging site (full copy of the production one) and provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access + link to page with the issue and screenshot of the problem. We’ll check the problem and try to help you.

unfortunately it’s for me not possible to copy all site.
The problem is then when i update the theme the single product layout is not wright.
I have made this in grid builder. After the update the product layout is nog communicate with the grid builder. So you don;t see the layout i made in the grid builder….

Oh, I thought you talked about shop grid (WPBakery > Grid builder)not about the single product builder. That’s why create separate topics for the different issues you have, please.
We did not face the issue with the single product builder. That’s why we need either access to the staging site or access to production to take a closer look and fix the problem. I don’t think that it will take a lot of time. We’ll update the site and start checking and fixing the issue. We can’t offer you a solution if we even don’t see the problem.

Then i gonna make a copy of the site and place it on mine test server.
The site is to important to change somethings if this is not possible with teamviewer.
