WP Bakery: can´t add any new images - by ISSY

I am having a problem with WP Bakery Version 6.1:
somehow I cannot add any pictures to the “banner with mask”, the image gets marked as broken although the image appears in the media library. I tried to fix it by deactivating the plugins, but I don’t find the mistake…
I am not a pro…please help!

– Screenshots of issues
– Admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password)
