    It only shows on product category pages but I’m unable to find the setting under Theme Options.

    Hello,

    This is Static Block widget in Appearance > Widgets > After the products widget area. If you want to remove it you may delete widget if you want to change go to Static Blocks > edit Below the products static block using Visual Composer editor.
