Working on child theme as main theme …

Hey, I bought the xstore Theme and really like it. I have invested several hours and finished setting up my shop, but ran in to some problems (settings / sales booster not correctly updating…). I tried caching etc. but nothing fixed it, so I went to check my theme version and found out that I am working with the child theme. I turned the main theme (9,2,2) on but it destroyed most of my layout etc. Then I turned the child theme back on and the sales booster etc. showed up correctly. Unfortunately it also made some things not look the same, I fixed most of them.

My question: How can I transfer all my work (settings, options, layouts etc.) to the main theme? I think having the child theme activated was the main reason for my problems…

Everything else is up to date.
