WordPress Xstore kids import style issues

Hi,

I have problems with actually a favourite demo from xStore. I can’t use kids normally. It is as follows.

I can install the theme correctly. Then if I import the default theme, it is also no problem. But if I import the kids theme, I get style problems. The fonts sometime are not loaded correctly and CSS padding is also missing. (look at the person icon on the left of the main menu – login page) It seems like a css file is missing but I am not sure about that, I saw a 404 of global.css. I have also tried the baby theme, and I do have the problem there also.

By the way, I am not importing demo on demo but I am putting back a clean server snapshot every time so nothing was imported twice.
But the default demo works completely as expected but the kids demo doesn’t.

Can one of you please help me? Thank you in advance!

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us, we will gladly assist you.
Go to Theme Options > click on Publish, then check padding.
Provide temporary wp-admin access and screenshots of problems, please. You can use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to share the link to your screenshot.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

Unfortunately, it didn’t work out with the padding.

Can you take a look at it and give me any tips on how to fix it if the style breaks down again?

I used to have a problem with fonts and other style types not loading properly. That disappeared when I reinstalled the demo on a clean server after 4 times.

I don’t know if that is a known problem with you guys?

I’ve re-saved Theme options and padding settings were applied https://prnt.sc/26ncpls > clear cache and check – https://prnt.sc/26ncq0w

– how can we re-create the problem? what exactly styles?
Once you import the demo content, go to Theme options > change any settings > click on Publish, clear cache of browser and all should be fine.
Provide us with URL of page where fonts are not loading properly, so we can take a closer look.
